Environmental Consultant
denkstatt is a market leading environmental and sustainability consulting company, present in 6 CEE countries, active in Hungary for over 25 years. Our clients are the top 100 multinational industry players and local enterprises. For supporting the growing demand of the real estate and development projects, our Property & Transactions team is looking for a new Environmental Consultant to our Budapest office.
Your future role
- you will join a growing team of passionate consultants who are working for various clients in multiple industries
- we expect you to understand the client’s business and needs to deliver high-quality projects
- participate in field sampling projects (boring, soil, groundwater, waste sampling)
- execute of soil and groundwater remediation and monitoring activities
- participate in Environmental Site Assessments
- participate in Environmental Due Diligence audits
- participate in Hazardous Building Material Surveys
Qualifications and skills you need
- BSc/MSc in Environmental engineering/Environmental management/Geology/ Hydrogeology
- 0-5 years of relevant experience in advisory/engineering
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- strong GIS skills
- native Hungarian and full English proficiency
- excellent communication and presentation skills both in Hungarian and English
- willingness to travel on assignments both in-country and abroad
- B category driving license
- own car is a plus
